Agreement and scope
By using this website or portal, creating an account, or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. Project-specific proposals, work authorizations, contracts, or written change orders may contain additional or different terms. If they conflict, the signed project-specific agreement controls for that work.
Requests, estimates, and authorization
Submitting a service request does not mean that Ryan Construction Services has accepted the work, guaranteed availability, or agreed to a price or schedule. Work begins only after we accept or authorize it through an applicable proposal, contract, work order, portal confirmation, or other written communication.
Estimates may depend on site conditions and the information available when prepared. Additional or changed work may require further authorization and may affect pricing and timing.
Scheduling, access, and cancellations
Service dates and arrival windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Weather, emergencies, access conditions, material availability, or other circumstances may require changes. You are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and timely property access and for disclosing known hazards or special instructions.
Cancellation, rescheduling, minimum-service, or mobilization charges apply only when stated in an accepted proposal, contract, rate card, or other written service agreement.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, property, access, and billing information.
- Maintain authority to request and approve work at the property.
- Identify hazards, occupants, animals, alarm procedures, and restricted areas.
- Review notices, schedules, photographs, proposals, and invoices promptly.
- Use the portal and shared service records only for legitimate property-service purposes.
Invoices and payment
Charges, deposits, billing frequency, due dates, taxes, and any late or collection terms are governed by the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, or written service terms. Invoicing and payment are handled outside the portal. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices and reporting suspected errors promptly.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, disrupt the service, upload harmful material, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, information, or operations.
Site information and availability
We aim to keep the website, portal, schedules, and records useful and current, but they may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Portal information does not replace an executed agreement, final invoice, emergency communication, or direct confirmation from our office.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the website and portal are provided on an “as available” basis. Ryan Construction Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or portal. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes warranties expressly provided in a signed service agreement.
Changes, privacy, and contact
We may update these terms, with the effective date above identifying the current version. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Questions may be sent to Ryan Construction Services through the service request form.
